Changing to learn, learning to change

We used this video (or part of it in our presentation). It supports my notion that schools (as they stand) are anachronistic. What might be alternative arrangements for schools?

The investment (history as well as money) in schools, that are divided into purpose built classrooms, is enormous. Now it is time to reinvest and reinvent the ways schools look and feel.
